Shipping & returns

We are currently offering free UK shipping using Freight Forwarders and a cost to the rest of the world (*Note that this is with the exception of the following countries: Russia, Iraq, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Cuba and The Republic of Crimea.). A signature will be required on arrival of the package.

We will endeavour to send your order within 2 working days of receiving it and would expect it to arrive in the UK within 1 day from when it leaves and the rest of the world in 2-4 days. (Please note that due to COVID 19 there may be delays in delivery but be assured that we will endeavour to do everything that we can to get your package to you as soon as possible).

If you order Products from our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination.

You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.

  1. Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSR’s), you have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to the end of seven working days after you receive the goods. A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays in the United Kingdom.
  2. In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to Lainey Loves by email to, giving details of the goods ordered and (where appropriate) their delivery.
  3. If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you must return the goods to Lainey Loves at your own cost via a tracked courier service, in unused and otherwise re-saleable condition. The goods must be returned to: Lainey Loves, 21 Baldwyn Gardens, London, W3 6HJ. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged whilst in your possession or in transit.
  4. Once you have notified Lainey Loves that you are cancelling the contract, Lainey Loves will refund or re-credit you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.
  5. If you do not return the goods as required, Lainey Loves may charge you for the direct costs of recovering the goods.
  6. You do not have the right to cancel the contract if the order is for goods which are specially designed for you, or which have been amended, modified or customised in accordance with your instructions.
  7. For all other returns, please read returns policy on the ‘Returns’ section. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. All refunds will be made in the same currency as the related purchase. Lainey Loves will not be liable for any loss this may cause due to fluctuations in exchange rates or any other related reason causing the value of the refund to be less than the sum originally paid.

We would love you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason we will gladly accept a return of your item(s) subject to the following conditions:
  • You have communicated in writing to within 7 days that you will be returning the item(s).
  • The item(s) must be returned within 14 days of purchase together with original proof of purchase. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the returns timeframe
  • We do not offer refunds on sale items. Sale items can be exchanged for an item of the same or greater value.
  • We do not offer refunds on any items that have been specially designed for you, or which have been amended, customised or modified in any way in accordance with your instructions.
  • All products must be sent via a recorded delivery/tracked service – returns sent any other way may not be credited.
  • All products should be returned new, unused and with all the garment tags & labels still attached.
  • Please do not return masks as this could be a health risk to other customers.
  • You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.

Returns that are damaged or soiled by the customer may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer at the customers expense.

Orders placed from 1st December onwards can be returned by 7th January 2018.

All products should be returned new, unused and with all the garment tags & labels still attached.

If you wish to exchange the product purchased simply specify the new product you require at the time of communicating in writing your return of the existing item

The product will then be dispatched to you on receipt of your return and, if necessary, the balance payment, has been received or refunded.

If we don't have the required product in stock you can request to be added to our waiting list and notified once the product is back in stock.

Returns outside these time frames may be accepted at the discretion of Lainey Loves and may only be refunded as a credit note.

Products are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within three months of purchase.

Please note that products that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

If you would like to exchange a faulty product please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.

Where possible and in the first instance, we offer to repair faulty products.

Refunds will be made to the same method of payment that was used to purchase. Refunds outside the UK will be refunded excluding taxes and duties incurred.
